Penelope - My Story

Welcome - My name is Penelope, though most people call me Penny, and you are warmly invited to do the same.

I have dedicated many years to the customer service industry, a field I have truly enjoyed. Over the years I have cultivated a practice of providing seamless service, attentively addressing customer needs and ensuring each interaction is handled with professionalism and care.

I strive to live with openness, honesty, and strong personal values. Treating others with fairness and respect is central to who I am, and I place great importance on trust, integrity, and sincerity in every interaction.

In 2023, I embraced the opportunity to undertake my Certificate IV in Aged Care Support. Returning to study after many years was a challenge I approached with some hesitation, yet it proved to be an immensely rewarding and fulfilling experience.

My goal is to support everyone in maintaining and enhancing their functional abilities, improving their quality of life, and encouraging independence — all within the comfort and familiarity of their own home.

I have partnered with a dear friend of more than 20 years, and together we share aligned values and a genuine passion for supporting others. We spent endless months, now years developing ideas, researching, discussing and building the framework for what has become – Ladies Caring For Ladies.
